The countdown is on for the announcement of the 2026 CAPE 31 MED Season, set to deliver five thrilling rounds of the 31 Race Circuit before hopefully culminating with the first ever CAPE 31 World Cup in October.

Building on a record-breaking 2025 season that saw 23 boats competing across the Mediterranean, the class is gearing up for its biggest year yet. The 2026 calendar will feature one event each month in April, May, June, July, and September, ensuring a steady rhythm of high-performance racing throughout the summer.


Exciting venues are in the pipeline, with Corsica, Sardinia, and Italy set to host stages of the circuit. Among the confirmed locations are Scarlino, Puntaldia, and Bonifacio, delivering a mix of proven favorites and new destinations that promise world-class racing conditions and stunning backdrops.


With more boats joining the fleet, new racing grounds, and the energy building towards the World Cup finale, the 2026 season is shaping up to be the most competitive and dynamic yet for the Cape 31 Class.
